Terms and Conditions of Reports 4 Wheels
You must abide by the terms and conditions in order to use Reports4Wheels.ca, which is run and owned by Reports 4 Wheels. How we gather, store, and distribute personal information about you during your visit is governed by our privacy policy. These terms constitute an agreement between you and us, and by using the Service, you agree to abide by them.

PURCHASE
When purchasing products or services through this Service, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your credit or debit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information. You must ensure that you are authorized to use the card provided.
We may use third-party services to facilitate payments, and by doing so, you consent to sharing your information with them in accordance with our privacy policy.
Orders may be rejected or canceled due to fraud or illegal transactions. Promotions, contests, and giveaways may have separate Terms of Service. Please read their specific guidelines and privacy policies before participating. In cases of conflict, promotion rules will take precedence.

Reports 4 Wheels is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including attorney fees, arising from the use of the Service. Liability is limited to the amount paid for goods or services unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, or modify our Service and any content provided without prior notice. We are not responsible for any unavailability of the Service, regardless of the reason. Access to the Service may be restricted for registered users or all users at any time.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service is provided “as is” and without any warranties, either express or implied. Reports 4 Wheels and its affiliates disclaim all warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Service for any purpose. Any warranties not restricted or excluded under applicable laws are not affected by this agreement.
DURATION AND REPURCHASE POLICY
If you’ve recently purchased a vehicle inspection report from our website, there is no need to repurchase it within 15 days as the inspection report remains valid for that duration. However, if you wish to repurchase it, please note that all payments are non-refundable once made.
REFUND POLICY
We offer a 100% refund guarantee on certain packages under the following conditions:
- Refunds are available within the specified time frame:
- “PACKAGE NAME” (12–24 hours): Request changes or refunds within 24 hours.
- “PACKAGE NAME” (6–12 hours): Request changes or refunds within 12 hours.
- “PACKAGE NAME” (60 Minutes): Request changes or refunds within 60 minutes.
To request a refund, contact our customer care team within the specified time frame using our live chat feature or by email. Refunds or chargebacks are not permitted after the allocated time period has elapsed.
Additionally, we request at least 12 hours of collaboration in cases where we experience delays due to high demand. If the package cannot be completed within the additional 12 hours, a refund will be issued.
Refunds may also be granted if the report content does not match the package description.
